Privacy
Zongyuan (宗园命理) gives BaZi readings for reflection and entertainment. The readings are written by an AI that follows the method of Zongyuan Daozhang; they are not written by her in person. To do that the site needs a few pieces of personal information. This page says what we keep and how you can remove it.
What we store
- Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- Birth details. The birth date, birth time, time zone and gender you enter, and the chart calculated from them. We do not ask for your birthplace or coordinates.
- Conversations. Your questions and the answers you were given, so you can return to them, plus technical records of how each answer was produced, used to improve quality.
- Purchases and credits. If you buy a plan or a top-up, the payment is taken by Creem, our reseller: we never see or store your card. We keep what you bought, the state of your plan, and your credit balance with its history.
- Usage counts. How many messages you send per day, to apply the daily limit.
- Shop notifications. If you ask to be notified about a product, the email address you enter and the product it is for.
How it is used
Your birth details and questions are sent to our AI model provider to generate your reading. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Zongyuan's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
- Delete a single chart at any time on My charts.
- Delete your account, with all charts and conversations, on the Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent. A plan you have is cancelled at the same time, and credits you have left are removed with the account.
- Revoke Zongyuan's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account security settings.
Cookies
Zongyuan uses one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Videos and the case library
A video on the homepage either opens where it is published, in a new tab, or plays on the page in TikTok's own player. That player is loaded only when you press play; from then on TikTok receives your request as it would on its own site. The cards of the case library link to consultations published at mmdz.me, a separate site with its own pages.
Terms of service
Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. Please speak to a qualified professional for decisions in those areas. For our complete user terms, please visit our Terms of Service.
